Come join other students and members of the Political Science faculty to discuss current issues, meet faculty, and share BOGO pizza for lunch!

At each lunch some faculty members will come with short remarks about specific questions, but other professors will also take part and discussion can shift to other topics. It depends on what the students would like to talk about.

Thursday October 17

Professors Buchler and White will talk about the budget showdown; Professor Moore will comment on challenges to President Obama’s foreign policy; and Professor Posner will talk about financial crises and the economic contraction

Wednesday October 30

Professor Beckwith will talk about public pressures on Congress and the President; Professor Green about prospects for international action about climate change; Professor McHale will discuss the role of electronic intercepts by the intelligence organizations and how it relates to personal privacy; and Professor McMann about the relationship between the U.S. and Russia.
