The Department of Political Science relies on the generosity of alumni donors, our friends, and current students and faculty to support many departmental events and programs. In addition to the Wellman Hill Political Science Internship Grants Program, these include the Senior Capstone Project presentation dinners, annual student awards, faculty research and teaching support, student participation in off-campus conferences, the Careers Colloquium, and our popular undergraduate research assistantships. We are grateful to our friends and alumni for their support, regardless of the amount. To contribute to the Department of Political Science, you can make a one-time gift or set up an ongoing monthly electronic fund transfer through our E-Z Giving program. Many donors also choose to include a bequest in their estate plans, or set up a planned gift (a contribution that provides you with retirement income).
Donors can make their contribution in numerous ways:
- Cash, check or credit card
- Electronic fund transfers
- Gifts of stocks or bonds
- Other types of assets
