Juscelino Colares, Professor of Political Science, Discusses Impact of Legal Cases on U.S.-China Trade Negotiations

Juscelino Colares, Schott-van den Eynden Professor of Business Law, Professor of Political Science, and Associate Director of the Frederick K. Cox International Law Center, was interviewed for an article in The Washington Times, in which he discussed the impact of two legal cases on trade negotiations between the United States and China.

Professor Colares argues the trade negotiations and legal issues are separate for now, but could soon be intertwined and used as a diplomatic bargaining chip.
