Professors Elliot Posner and Abraham Newman with their book Voluntary Disruptions: International Soft Law, Finance, and Power

Professor Elliot Posner, Acting Political Science Department Chair for Fall 2019, and co-author Abraham Newman of Georgetown University have received the Honorable Mention from the American Political Science Association’s International Collaboration Section of the 2019 Best Book Award for their book Voluntary Disruptions: International Soft Law, Finance, and Power. They were presented with an Honorable Mention certificate at the annual APSA conference at the end of August.
